Activate Your Account

The first step is to activate your account and get your workspace ready. This guide walks you through logging in for the first time, setting up your profile, and configuring your preferences.

## Log in for the first time

When your dialogOS account is created, you'll receive an invitation email with a link to set your password. Click the link, choose a secure password, and you'll be taken straight to your dashboard.

If you didn't receive the email, check your spam folder first. You can also request a new link from the login page using the "Forgot password" option.

Set up your profile

From your dashboard, open your profile settings to confirm your name, email address, and language. Keeping this information up to date helps your participants recognize who invitations are coming from.

Configure your preferences

Take a moment to review your workspace preferences before you start adding members. Here you can set defaults such as the language used in invitations and the way notifications reach you.
